Privacy Policy

SuperXLabs ("we," "our," "us") operates SuperXClone, an AI-powered platform combining avatar generation, talking photo creation, voice cloning, content automation, and AI chatbot capabilities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

By using SuperXClone, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

A. Account Information

• Email address (or Apple private relay email if using Sign in with Apple)
• Authentication tokens
• Optional profile information

Guest Mode is available for select features without account creation.

B. Photos / Images You Upload

• We receive the image you upload for avatar or talking-photo generation
• We do NOT extract biometric identifiers, faceprints, facial geometry, or biometric data of any kind
• Images are transmitted securely to our animation processor (A2E API) solely to generate your requested output
• Uploaded images are treated as user-generated content, not biometric identity data

C. Voice Recordings (Optional)

• If you choose to clone your voice, your audio sample is sent to ElevenLabs to generate synthetic speech
• Used only for your requested talking-video output
• Deleted after processing unless you save the output
• We do NOT create or store biometric voiceprints

D. Content & Social Data

• Content you create, schedule, or publish through the platform
• Connected social media account tokens (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
• We store only what is necessary to execute your requested actions

E. Chatbot Interactions

• Text inputs and conversation history within the AI chatbot feature
• Used only to generate responses and improve your experience
• Not used for advertising or sold to third parties

F. Usage & Device Data

• App behavior, feature usage, avatar selections, video generation requests
• Performance data (logs, crash events)
• Device type and OS version

G. Payment Data

Payments are processed through Stripe or Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store credit card numbers or billing details directly.

We use your data solely to operate the platform and deliver what you request:

• Generate AI avatars and talking-photo videos
• Clone and generate speech from your provided audio
• Power the AI chatbot feature
• Schedule and publish content to connected platforms
• Manage your account and subscriptions
• Provide customer support
• Improve platform performance and stability

We do NOT:

• Use your photo or audio for identification or face recognition
• Train AI models on your personal content
• Sell your data to any third party
• Use your images, audio, or chat data for advertising

We share your data only with third-party processors required to deliver your requested output. By using SuperXClone, you acknowledge and consent to the following integrations:

Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy and terms. SuperXLabs is not responsible for the data practices of these providers. We recommend reviewing their policies:

We reserve the right to change, replace, or add third-party API providers at any time without prior notice. If we switch to a new provider, your data will be handled under the same principles outlined in this Privacy Policy. Any new provider will be bound by equivalent data protection standards. Continued use of SuperXClone after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or any unrelated third party.

• We only receive the photo you upload, which may contain a face
• We do not extract biometric identifiers, facial geometry, or facial templates
• Face data is used solely to generate the avatar or talking-photo you requested
• It is shared only with A2E API for that specific purpose
• Temporary processing copies are deleted within 24 hours
• Nothing is stored permanently unless you save it manually
• Deletion of your account removes all associated data immediately

You may delete your account at any time via: Settings → Delete Account

This permanently removes:

• Account info
• Uploaded photos and audio
• Generated content and voice clones
• Chatbot history
• Connected platform tokens

Deletion is irreversible.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the following applies:

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following bases:

• Contract performance — to deliver the services you signed up for
• Legitimate interests — to maintain platform security and improve performance
• Consent — for optional features such as voice cloning or marketing communications

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Request restriction of processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing

Data Controller

SuperXLabs is the data controller for personal data collected through SuperXClone.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• Right to Know — request disclosure of what personal data we collect, use, and share
• Right to Delete — request deletion of your personal data
• Right to Opt-Out — we do not sell personal data. No opt-out is required.
• Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights

To submit a request: support@superxclone.com. We will respond within 45 days.

By using the voice cloning feature, you explicitly confirm that:

• You are the owner of the voice being cloned, OR you have obtained explicit written consent from the individual whose voice is being cloned
• You will not use cloned voices to impersonate, deceive, defame, or harm any individual
• You will not use cloned voices to generate fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content
• SuperXLabs bears zero liability for any unauthorized voice cloning or misuse of voice-generated content

We use encrypted data transmission, secure cloud storage, and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure, but we follow industry best practices to protect your data.

SuperXClone is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately at support@superxclone.com.

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. We apply appropriate safeguards for all international data transfers in compliance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of SuperXClone after updates constitutes your acceptance.
